Another great September day here at the marina! While most of the fleet is keeping an eye on Dorian, the September bite continues to have them with their fingers crossed that it will push offshore. The boats that headed out today were not disappointed once again all coming back with successful trips. First back to the dock was the “Marli” who returned from the Baltimore with their limit of tile fish, limit of dolphin and a white release. Next we had the “Grande Pez” fishing in the Norfolk returning with 2 yellowfin and a white release. The rest of the fleet fished in the Wilmington Canyon. The “Pumpin Hard” had 5 dolphin and a white release while the crew of the “Tighten Up” had 1 yellowfin and 8 dolphin. Finally was the crew of the “Lucky Duck” with 8 dolphin and a white release. We do have a few boats who are planning, weather permitting, to go out again tomorrow so stay tuned!
