After today, I think it’s safe to say the yellowfin tuna have arrived!
Boats starting coming back today around 1 with kill boxes full. Returning back to the dock 1st was the ‘Boss Hogg’ catching 18 yellowfin tuna, followed by the ‘Buckshot’ catching 16 yellowfin tuna, the ‘Osprey’ catching 5 yellowfin tuna, the ‘C-Boys’ catching 16 yellowfin tuna, the ‘Marli’ catching a whooping 24 yellowfin tuna, the ‘White Lightning’ catching 16 yellowfin tuna, the ‘Tighten Up’ catching a beautiful 291 lb. swordfish while also catching 12 yellowfin tuna, and ‘Double J’ catching 7 yellowfin tuna, and lastly the ‘Pumpin Hard’ catching 16 yellowfin tuna.
All captains reported to be fishing in the Washington Canyon today.
