It was an exciting Friday in July here at the marina! The heat didn’t slow anybody down between the pools, the transient traffic, the restaurant patrons and the boats out fishing, there was a lot of activity today! The “Marli” was our only boat fishing in the Poorman’s today returning with a limit of tile fish and 2 yellowfin. The crew of the “Max Bet” went to the Linden Khol today and released two blue marlin. The rest of the fleet went to the Washington Canyon and had successful days. The “Double J” had 2 yellowfin and 2 dolphin. The guys on the “Boss Hogg” had some tilefish and a yellowfin. The crew of the “Pumpin Hard” had a yellowfin while the “Kemosabe” had 2 yellowfin and a blue marlin. The team on the “Grande Pez” had a yellowfin, 4 mahi, and a white marlin release. Finally the “Kilo Charlie” had 5 mahi, 4 yellowfin one of which weighed 95 lbs, and they also released 2 whites. Looks like tomorrow is going to be another busy one so we will keep you posted!
