Happy 4th of July! We hope your enjoying a fabulous day with friends and family! We had a decent amount of boats go offshore today, both charter fishing and fishing in the Blue Marlin World Cup. The Blue Marlin World Cup is a one day fishing tournament around the globe. Crews enter and fish from there respected ports and fish around the world for the biggest/heaviest blue marlin. Although none of our boats boated a big one, we’ve been told the winning blue marlin was boated in Cape Verde weighing a massive 936 pounds!

Returning from the Massey’s Canyon was the ‘Osprey’ catching 3 yellowfin tuna and 20 bluefish and the ‘Marli’ catching 6 yellowfin tuna and 6 bluefish.

Heading to the Washington Lumps was the ‘Boss Hogg’ catching 3 yellowfin tuna and 22 bluefish.

Venturing out to the Baltimore Canyon today was the ‘C Boys’ catching 2 mahi mahi and releasing 1 white marlin, the ‘Billfisher’ catching 2 yellowfin, 1 mahi mahi, and releasing 4 white marlin, and lastly the ‘Fish On’ releasing 5 white marlin.

Returning from the Poormans Canyon today was the ‘Reel Chaos’ catching 2 yellowfin and 1 bluefish.
