With the last day of the OCMC Canyon Kick-Off wrapped up there was certainly some action at the scales! The highlight definitely had to be the 125lb yellowfin caught aboard the “Brenda Lou”! Full tournament results can be seen on the Marlin Club website later on this evening.
With the Bluefin bite slacking off inshore, our boats red out to the canyons in search for White Marlin and Yellowfin tuna! In the Poormans the “Blood Money” had a great day with a mix of 5 dolphin, 2 yellowfin, 1 wahoo and 2 white marlin releases! “Buckshot” caught 5 dolphin and the “C-Boys” released a white marlin and caught 1 yellowfin fishing in between the Poormans and Washington. Fishing in the Washington the “Tighten Up”brought back 8 dolphin to the docks. “Marli” went inshore and picked up a Bluefin and then ran out and caught 4 dolphin in the Washington.
