The docks were a flurry of activity today for a Thursday afternoon it felt like the start of an early weekend. We had a lot of traveling transient groups come in to enjoy the weekend with us and we also had a fair amount of boats head out offshore today. First back to the dock was the crew of the “Shotski” returning from the Baltimore Canyon with 2 yellowfin and 5 nice sized dolphin. Fishing in the same area was the crew of the “Cookie Monster” with 2 yellowfin. The team on the “Tara Jessica” went to the Wilmington Canyon and caught 2 yellowfins. Our last boat was the guys on the “No Quarter” returning from the Hot Dog with 3 yellowfin. Looks like tomorrow will be another steady day at the Marina with even more boats heading offshore.
