The docks came alive again for the first time in a few days and it was a nice change of pace. We had a few boats have successful days fishing out of the Wilmington today. The ‘Pumpin Hard’ returned with 4 dolphin, 1 wahoo and 2 white marlin releases. Behind them was the crew of the ‘Blue Eyes’ returning with 3 white marlin releases. The Norfolk was where the crew of the ‘Grande Pez’ headed to and they returned with 2 white releases. The gang on the ‘Showtime’ also fished the Norfolk and had 6 white releases. Finally the crew of the ‘Hydrosphere’ headed to the Washington and returned with 3 white releases and 30 dolphin. Unfortunately it looks like tropical storm Laura and its remnants will be keeping the boats at the dock tomorrow but hopefully it clears out quickly and the pretty weather is right behind it!
