The first tuna of the season have arrived and just in time to kick off the holiday weekend! We had a few boats head offshore and they were not disappointed! The fishing ground of choice today was the Poormans and the first back to the dock was the crew of the Marli returning with 3 bluefin tuna while also catching their limit of tilefish. The “Hot Lick”, “Gone Phishin”, and “Tuna Fowl” crews all had successful trips returning with 2 bluefin each. Finally our last boat to return this evening was the “Blood Money” returning with 6 big eye tuna, 1 yellowfin and 3 bluefin tuna.
