It was a little busier offshore today with a few more boats out fishing. Heading out to the Masseys Canyon all by themselves today was the ‘Hydrosphere’ catching 10 yellowfin tuna. The rest of our boats ventured to the Poormans Canyon today. The first back to the dock was the ‘Zipper’ catching 2 yellowfin tuna, followed by the ‘Marli’ catching 3 yellowfin tuna, and 1 mahi mahi while also releasing a white marlin, the ‘Reel Chaos’ catching 5 yellowfin tuna, the ‘Big Stick’ catching 3 yellowfin and 1 mahi mahi while also releasing a white marlin, the ‘White Lightning’ catching 5 yellowfin while also releasing a white marlin, the ‘Pumpin Hard’ catching 1 yellowfin tuna while also releasing a white marlin, and lastly the ‘Roll Groove’ who seems to be on a ‘roll’ lately catching 2 yellowfin tuna while also releasing 3 white marlin!
With the marlin bite picking up, it looks like we have a few boats fishing tomorrow as well! Stay tuned..
