It was a strange day at the marina with the humid temperatures hinting towards the possibility of rainy weather. Luckily the rain held off and we did have some boats head offshore. The first boat to return was the crew on the ‘Osprey’, fishing in the Poorman’s and returning with 4 yellowfin. Fishing in the same area was the crew of the ‘Marli’ returning with 7 yellowfin tuna. The crew on the ‘Boss Hogg’ headed to the Elephant trunk and came back with 5 yellowfin tuna. Finally we had the guys on the ‘Double J’ head to the Baltimore returning with 5 yellowfins. Looks like a lot of boats are gearing up for the 8th annual Big Fish Classic this weekend with Registration open tomorrow from 12pm-8pm at MR Ducks, so be sure to stop by!
